Yea, this RAoK is from my friend Bonnie. She gets it!
During the Christmas rush at the Post Office, I was in line behind a 30ish nice dressed lady. She had a 1 yr old in a car seat and a 3 yr old in line with her. The P.O. line was not moving very fast. I started up a conversation, since I'm over 50 now and talk to everyone, like my mother. She is a Physician Asst, I told her my husband is a physician in Iraq. I was dressed in jeans, dressed to work, as I was on my way to church to load and deliver presents to the poorer churches in Denver. Anyway, we waiting and chatted. She only had 1 flat rate box to mail and was checking her watch. I told her I would mail it for her, as we knew the cost of a flat rate box. She hesitated, then gave me the $10, her pkg and thanked me. I'm sure she was wondering if her gift box would really make it to it's destination, or would the stalker lady grab it and run! You are right, I felt like I had done a good deed all day.
